What does fitness matter to you?
I started my career with modeling, so fitness is my habit. It is an important part of my daily routine, even if I wish I can not separate myself from myself. I love working out. I take care of food and also the fact that my body is fine. Actually fitness gives me a better feeling, while boosting my self-confidence. Fitness for me is that part of my life, without which I can not even imagine life. Actually fitness for me is a part of my existence, which gives a beautiful look to my entire personality.

What do you do to keep fitness in your busy routine?
I do four days training weights in the week, which helps to tone my body. With this I regularly do yoga. This makes me feel the peace of mind. I also do cardio and dance regularly. Well, let me tell you that dance and swimming are my passion. From these two where I get help to keep my fitness right, it makes me feel happier. I have built a small gym in this house, where I regularly exercise in the morning and evening.
How do you face rumors?
I am associated with a profession, where people want to know everything about me, whether it is my business life or private. In such cases many times people, especially the media, do wrong things or write. When such things happen, there is a problem, but I have learned to keep myself fit.
What is your routine?
My day starts at 6 o'clock in the morning. First of all, plan for day-to-day work, then exercise and yoga. After that I stay with myself a little while and then I get ready for my work. After that the busyness remains throughout the day. On the day when there is a holiday, I rest on that day, because the body also needs rest. I try to sleep early in the night. I keep myself away from spicy and fried foods with more fat, but the taste in the food is my weakness. Eat nutritious food, but it becomes more enjoyable if it becomes delicious.
How to keep yourself relaxed?
I'm a happy girl, so usually does not take the stress. At times, there are some things that cause stress. When you are associated with the film industry, everyone has a lot of expectations from fans to colleagues. In order to fulfill them many times have to undergo a stress situation. In such a way yoga gives me the power to fight it. Reading books and walking at the hill station is also a kind of stress buster for me. Well my best and favorite is Stress Buster shopping. When I get very tired, I buy a lot and I get frustrated. On this occasion, it is more fun to be friends together. There is also the pleasure of shopping with the people at home.
